Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

How and when. Boxes ship monthly via USPS Ground Advantage. Your first founding box is expected to ship [~mid-December]; ongoing boxes ship on a monthly schedule after your billing date. You'll receive tracking by email when your box ships.

Shipping cost. [Shipping is included in your membership price] — confirm: free shipping vs. a flat shipping charge, and update this line to match your Shopify shipping settings.

Transit time. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Address accuracy. Please keep your shipping address current in your account. We are not responsible for boxes delayed or lost due to an incorrect or outdated address; if a box is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipment postage may apply).

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery. We'll help track down anything that goes missing (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
