Cancellation policy

Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

Effective date: November 1, 2026

Please read these terms carefully — they explain the recurring charges you are authorizing. By subscribing, you expressly agree to them.

This is an automatically renewing subscription. When you start a Pre&Post Pulse monthly membership, you authorize The Fuel Collective, LLC to charge your payment method $42.99 per month (plus any applicable tax), automatically, on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and no long-term commitment.

Billing cycle. Your membership renews every month on or around the date you signed up (your "billing date"). Each renewal ships that month's box.

Cancel anytime. You may cancel at any time through your account portal (log in → Manage subscription) or by emailing Reese@prepostpulse.com. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund a box that has already been charged or shipped (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Skip or pause. You can also skip a month or pause your membership from your account portal.

Price changes. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email in advance, and the new price will apply only to renewals after the notice. You may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry the card and email you to update your payment method. If payment can't be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription.

Your authorization. By subscribing you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize the recurring charges described above.

Founder Launch Terms (founding orders)

During our founding launch, membership works as follows:

  • You are charged $42.99 at checkout and your monthly membership begins immediately — this locks in your founding spot and founding rate.
  • We are taking founding orders to confirm demand for our first box. If we reach our launch minimum by November 20, 2026, your first box ships in December and your membership continues under the auto-renewal terms above.
  • If we do NOT reach our launch minimum by November 20, 2026, we will refund your initial charge in full and cancel your membership, and no box will ship — no risk to you.
  • Charter Founders (the first 75 members) receive an exclusive Charter Member shaker and Charter Founder status; founding members after the first 75 receive the standard welcome shaker. Founder perks are one-time and tied to the member's account.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time under the auto-renewal terms above.
